Dear anyone,
I did a little Google search on my lovely name, and why in the world is it on BlogShares? And how the heck did I end up being there? What is this--a Wallstreet Journal of Blog-stocks? Please someone explain to me what's going on, and about this economic stuff on shares and stocks, etc. I remember hating economics back in high school, and all the stuff never really leaked into my brain for the life of me.
Dear Abhi and Mal'akh,
I've been forever trying to comment on your websites/blogs, and my comments were never posted, because of some "authorization code" that I have to type in before they ARE posted. And every single time I post, no matter which computer I'm on, whether at school or at home, I was never able to comment on any of your entries, even though I type in the "codes" every time! It made me really sad, because I visit both of your sites on a regular basis like I do everyone else's, and it's just so sad that my comments can't be posted anymore!! So what do I do? *cry*
Okay, my dear friends. Enough with the Dear Abby, Please help me notes... These past few weeks have been one hectic chaos after another. I'm balancing school, family life, work, and leisure and at the same time, fretting over the changes that will be soon taking place. A mixture of anxiety and excitement, I should say, but nevertheless, life can never be too boring for me.
Updates of sorts:
I must be really lucky. Remember that Mardi Gras/Financial Aid Fair I went to (or actually mentioned about in my last enties or so)? That was my first time winning a drawing! I never won a drawing before, and so I won a UST bookbag with some goodies in that bag (i.e. Houston Rockets poster, more beaded necklaces, pens, pencils, a squishy soft football that could be a dog's chew toy, etc. Some people also won Best Buy gift certificates and tickets to the Houston Rockets or was it the Astros? games...)
I went to Delaney's intense, dramatic play called Somebody's Sons on the Pay-whatever-you want Friday night. Gosh, that play was edge-on-the-seat drama, because it's so sad that these people want a functional family, but each individual is dysfunctional and have a crazy past and secrets of their own.
I'll be moving out of this house soon and into my new home some time in the next couple of weeks or so. Very nervous.
I just turned in a book report for U.S. History today. I think my paper is okay. History is not really my forte, but I'm enjoying the class, and so if you guys want to read it, knock yourself out and let me know what you think.
And speaking of papers in general, I really need to update my long-abandoned site at the Reviews.
After Valentine's Day, I got an email from him. Yes, him, after all of these months. (He did email me and wished me a happy Christmas last year.) Remember the guy I was talking about in my long-past entries? Remember I talked about unrequited love? He still wants to see me. I don't know how to respond to that, but just to say I'm a busy person now and I'm doing great... Well, nevertheless, we'll see how things will play out. Personally, I didn't much celebrate Val's day nor did it even make a dent in my heart. I was more preoccupied with my sister's birthday that day.
I finished Meg Cabot's Haunted, and I wish it was longer. I like the paranormal.
Next week is nothing but exams, and nothing but studying. I'm dreading it, but at least I have a one week's worth of Spring Break after that! Yay!
Anyway, enough rambles! Now for those bloghoppin' trips! *huggles*
