Dear April,
I love you, girl! This layout is great (although it took me since 4ish pm today till now to finish it up; whew!)! All is well, ends well.
Dear Everyone,
After much html-full-blown-brain-workout all this time, I think I'm getting sick. Hopefully, I won't puke on this keyboard. But anyway, on a brighter note, I am finished with lots of things this week:
1. Spring cleaning (My hand-washed clothes, that is, and I own so many of them that it's nearly impossible to stuff them all in the washer, because they're all so delicate. These clothes will rip, frightfully shrink, or all the sparkly accessories, such as glitter or sequins will fall off, etc. The list goes on, and sometimes I wonder why everyone, including myself, keeps buying me these kinds of clothes. Haha. Oh yeah, and I am sooo glad that my poor mother stopped nagging me about this spring cleaning too, because I finally found the time to wash these clothes. *giggles* No, they were not horribly feet-smelly stinky, just to let you know.)
2. Mailing important documents to my scholarships for school this semester
3. Finished watching The Grudge, after the whole world has seen it
4. Finished doing a girly-romantic-comedy-novel marathon; for those with the most asterisks, I highly recommend. (Yes, these books were good enough for a good cry and a hearty laugh anytime.)
**Shopaholic & Sister by Sophie Kinsella
*Pushing 30 by Whitney Gaskell
**PS, I love you by Cecelia Ahern
*Apocalipstick by Sue Margolis
*Spin Cycle by Sue Margolis
But I still have 1 more girly book to go, plus 3 psychological thrillers to read.
5. Viola! I am happy with my schedule for this semester as follows:
Mon. - 9:00am-12:00pm - Statistics (psychology) & Playwriting
Tues. - 9:30am-3:30pm - Ethics, 3-hour boring gap, & U.S. History (*insert groans here* Oh yeah, did I ever mention that I hate history, and am forever horrible in that subject, but somehow miraculously do well enough to pass?)
Wed. - same as Mon.
Thurs. - same as Tues.
Fri. - 11:00am-12:00pm - Playwriting
Sat. - 10:00am-1:00pm - Clinical psychology
It's raining now. I never understand this Houston weather, even though I live here all my life. It's driving me nuts! But arrrgghh! I can smell the approach of the spring/summerish weather coming soon---oh, the humidity, the perspiration, the flip-flops, the shorts and tees, the blinding sun, the annoying flies, the blood-sucking critters... OH, OH, OH! *faints*
Heehee. I can't wait to see how my playwriting course is like for this semester. I'd be glad to share my works with you all, and you guys can give me critiques.
In other news, I'm worried about my elderly neighbor. She's the sweetest person ever. She called me today just to go over to her apartment to get the curtains to fully cover the light from the windows. And she couldn't reach them, because it's like 3 feet above her head, and she couldn't get up. My, I haven't seen her like this. I've always known her to be a restless walker, always preoccupied with things. And it's so sad to see her sick in bed.
And then I'm also worried about my grandfather, and according to my mom, he's not doing as well as before anymore. I haven't seen him for a week or so already, and I usually visit him every Sunday. And so, I'm worried, but I can't do much for them, except just to do the little favors they ask of me, like fixing the window curtains, and praying for them to get better, and so on. But other than that, these elderly folks are like little adorable babies---so sweet, yet wise.
Well, this has been one heck of an entry, right? I'm going to get some zzz's, for I gotta wake up tomorrow for work... Bye, everyone! Luv ya!
