Hi, everyone! I must say that I love my classes this semester! :) I know, I'm such a "geek" according to Martin's definition, but I love school! It's so much fun! All of the professors are awesome and lenient, and all the stuff I'm learning is soooo interesting. Yeah, go figure, despite the fact that I have many papers to write this semester for philosophy, English & modern literature, theology, and child psychology... oh yeah, plus statistics homework! *makes a face* Anyway, yes, everyone, I did enjoy my weird adventures and everything else over the summer. And thanks for everything, you guys. *huggles* I need to go back to blogdom more often.
Anyway, just last week, I found out that one of my classmates, Maria Cruz, passed away this past summer (August 3rd) because of a car accident. I didn't much know about this until I've read UST's newspaper. I was shocked and sad to know about this at the last minute, and so I didn't even get a chance to say good-bye, or much less go to give respects at her funeral. I had many fun times hanging out with her, and she was even in my biology lab class last year, too. Gosh, she was just so young to die... *cry* But of course, we have to die some time---Carpe Diem, one death... She'll always be a friend in my heart. (I'm going to save the newspaper clipping of her.) Oh, and I also keep forgetting that I don't deal with deaths of anyone I know that easily either. Maybe it's just the letting go part of it that makes it so difficult.
But anyway, on a brighter note...
There will be little changes to this site again! No, I'm not going to change the layout out again, for I'm going to keep this for a while, because I love it so much. I'm gonna put up new blinkies (another special friend has made me more blinkies, even though I didn't ask for any) for this site, plus a photo gallery, maybe a little scavenger hunt for this site... and some other fun stuff. :) So watch out, mes amis! :)
