Well, it seems that now lately, I've been online at the weirdest times of the day. And yes, you guys...as you already know from before, even until 3am. =P LOL.
Anyway, not much has been going on, except that I'm enjoying summer. I gave up on the job hunting for now unless there's an all-out sudden miracle... *yawn* Thinking about taking up an internship somewhere maybe when school starts, and I know a good friend of mine might know one. =)
Aside from that, I've just finished talking about PMS on my last couple of entries, and guess what? now I'm on PMS, and I'm in Pain, vacationing in Moody world, and Sick for the first couple of hours due to stomach and leg cramps and then strangely, I was cold, shivering like crazy---as if I have the cold or something. That was scary. After taking Advril, I was better like an hour later. Whew, I didn't have any more problems that day or the day after that. I'm a girl, and you'd think you'd know everything, but seriously, you don't... Good old human anatomy and biology...
Today's Father's Day. *big smiles* My siblings and I surprised our dad with 2 nice expensive microfiber dress shirts.... They were sooooo smooth and soft--a whole lot silkier than silk dress shirts... It's a good thing that my whole family are smart shoppers, because we bought those shirts on sale. =) And our dad loved the shirts... =)
And later in the evening, we had guests coming over and had barbeque, crawfish, buon bo hue (very spicy Vietnamese noodle soup---that's what I can think of for the best translation... I think I need to read more of those translated menus if I were to go to any more of those Vietnamese restaurants again...), and some other side dishes, like a veggie dish, etc. It was good. I'm stuffed... =) But since I'm on PMS, it's kinda hard for me to even have a LARGE appetite... or maybe I'm just too brain-tired to even think about eating, but sleeping. I've been working on 3 poems lately---trying to get them to perfection, and I'm glad I've finished one!! It's called Renewed Promises of Return. Enjoy! I've gotten lots of great reviews on this poem, and now, I'm embarrassed, but happy... The phrase "awww, shucks" come to mind... =) =P
