Massaging the temples of my head was a good idea...plus the archs of my eyebrows and my forehead... I just realized that I'm in pain all over... sore...everything aches... and I REALLY REALLY am in NEED of a good full-body massage... But wow, massaging the temples of my head eases a lot of stress and anxiety-related thinking and excess tension of the muscles and even a slight headache... Wow, you guys should try doing that... It's really soothing and makes you feel alert and well, actually, think a whole lot better and clearer too... lol... Kinda funny how this one annoying guy back in high school whom everyone hates told me one time that I should be a massage therapist, because I just happened to "have that magic touch and feel of and for people..." I smiled and took the compliment with a "thank you." Guess what? Because everyone just happens to hate his guts... (really he was that annoying), he happens to graduate a year ahead of us, which was fine by all of the people who've graduated in my class... and oh well, I've never heard from him since... *shrug* Now that I'm a happy bound-to-be sophomore at UST, sometimes, I wonder how my high school class reunion would be like... I guess no one will ever know, huh?
Anyway, it's been raining on and off ALL day today... which was kinda annoying, because I wanted to go out... Thanks to where I live, the good old Atlantic Ocean just loves to bully its way through the southeast coast and tear us up with these crazy thunderstorms and well... floods here and there... I'm just lucky that I live in a neighborhood where much of the residential street construction is high enough to avoid at least a one foot of floodwater... I can't say the same to those of the unfortunate though... But yes, I do see people on TV everyday trying to wade thru those waters, and it's just scary. Cars get stalled, etc. What's even more horrifying is how little kids can be swept away by the strong currents and get sucked up in the sewage drainage at the sides of curbs... So KABOOM! a long-process of fishing those poor kids OUT of the sewage system below the city streets... Kinda creepy, don't you think?? And you'd think parents would be smart enough to watch over their children like vultures, but unfortunately, sometimes it's exhausting and even more difficult to restrain a bubbly kid who looks at the floodwater as if that was the coolest thing in the world. So, with one glance away, next thing you'd know, you'd be hysterically screaming for 9-1-1! Kids do the darndest things and say the darndest things, don't they? LOL.. So unpredictable, and why do we always lay a finger on teenagers and say that teens are part of the rotten apple in the crop... I think not. I guess every growth stage, there IS something to say and to stereotype that everyone can be unpredictable sometimes, you know?? That's why I like psychology so much. It's so amusing... Oh, and what do you know? I'm taking a course in child psychology this fall... I'm excited... Oops, there goes me rambling about psychology again. Hope you guys don't get tired of that... hehe... =P
Cracking up with Commercials
K9 Advantix is one of the coolest TV commercials ever! I love that cute little white retriever lip-synching... It's so adorable, plus there are other cute puppies running around as well... hehe...
The next hilarious commercial is that catchy "Priceless" phrase featuring the Master Card with the guy dancing in front of an all-girl band... And then he goes, "I was thinking more of something like that... You want me to do it again?" And the girls look at him funny and said, "NO!" because he was a lame horrible dancer (supposedly he posed like a choreographer for the girls)..hehe... That commercial cracks me up every time! Somehow I never get tired of this commercial... *wink*
Is it just me, or am I the only who finds that commercials are one of the greatest art of stupidity and retardness ever? And that it just kicks the funny bone in you just because they are just... simply... retarded?? What a way to add to comedy... =P
