Butterflies are some of the prettiest insects ever!! Butterflies use passive ways to defend themselves against their enemies and predators. In doing so, their colorful wings have special features designed to fool predators. The wings can sometimes look like the eyes of a creature or even a sly fox! This function through the use of wings is called Batesian Mimicry. You guys absolutely HAVE to check this website out! It features awesome photos of butterfiles: Faces & Figures! (Yeah, I know I'm excited! But I was mitigating boredom by surfing the net! *grins*)

Well, when June 5th rolls around the corner, I'll be attending my cousin's wedding. Whew! Another family reunion! I can't even keep track of all my nieces and nephews!! Too many!! But I'm just glad that I'm not one of the bridesmaids. I mean, I love to play dress-up every so once in a while, but being a bridesmaid?? I can't even imagine myself being one, or even a bride, or even getting married, or even having kids!! When people ask me about it, I'm like: "Uhhh... I... I'm not sure...yet... Me having kids?" *faints and face becomes pale* LOL. You get the idea.
I'm still job-hunting... Before you guys know it, I'm gonna get really annoyed and become a vicious job-hunter... Whoops!! *shush* Did I say that?? I think all of Hamilton's Anita Blake Vampire novels are getting to me... ROFL.. =P *wink*
I wish someone can teach me how to do crossword puzzles. I'm such a linguist. I absolutely am IN LOVE with WORDS. I play around with them all the time. My mom said that back in high school when she came over to the U.S. back in 1983(?), she used to do crossword puzzles in the Sunday newspapers and she used to be the best poet in her class back in Vietnam. Now, she can't write poems anymore or at least don't remember how to write poems in Vietnamese, which is disappointing because I can write poems in English and French, and I wish I know how to do so in Vietnamese. Ah well, it looks like I've stolen my mom's childhood talent! LOL. =P As for crossword puzzles, I'm aware that you can fill in the boxes from the clues, but I wish I know ENOUGH to do them, but I don't. Whenever I try them, I can figure out at least ONE or NONE of the words to fill in the boxes. And you know what? It just happens that I came across an interesting crossword puzzle novel by Parnell Hall when I went to the library yesterday, and so far, I've finished 2 of the books of the Puzzle Lady series. I ABSOLUTELY love a good mystery. =) Umm, I know, I know, I can be such a nerd, but I love a little brain workout, just as a good physical body workout... hehe.. You guys can go to Ric's Exercise Blog for nice articles and tips and stuff on exercising! =)
