weird rambles...
a) AJ called me yesterday. That surprised me quite a bit. I haven't talked to him or any of my high school friends in a long time... And pretty much, I've sorta isolated myself from the world, due to *shudder* certain circumstances... But there's always something about him that makes me laugh. I just don't know why...
b) The email I was waiting for has been returned. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing. All I know is that I'm trying to heal. I'm not looking forward to opening any more wounds right now---or even later... I don't even know if I'm ever coming back to Thieu Nhi again... *shudder* I rather freeze myself to death than to face that individual. Not that I hate him. It's just... I'm too miserable to be any more miserable and hurting... I'm just glad that the cold is just numbing me so that I don't have to feel any emotions in me... But seriously, can you blame me for caring about him so much? Nope. *sigh*
c) I heard enough about the Superbowl. Duh, I knew it would take place in Houston someday, but look at it this way: it's one of the most ghetto cities in Texas! I love Houston, because it's been my home, but it's not the "greatest" city to visit if you're a tourist that is. But geez, you'd think those people wouldn't get it over their heads. It was just too hyped up, if you ask me...
d) It's almost the end of the 3rd week of school, and I'm losing lots of sleep. I just have so much work to do, and time is of essence; because if I just glance at the clock more than once, it'll be past my bedtime. Blah.
e) I just finished another flower-pressing project, and it's my best yet!! It's so pretty...
f) I was supposed to be doing homework yesterday, but I needed a break. So I indulged myself in a book called Gallows Hill by Lois Duncan. I thought the concepts of reincarnation and hypnotism were rather cool.
g) I'm trying to decide whether or not if I want to enter this book contest. If I win, I get a book contract plus royalties, publication, and $$$$. Argh. That will be tough. The sponsors are doing this on behalf of and in memory of Paul Zindel, who passed away last year of 2003. I remember reading one of Zindel's books when I was in junior high, but I was surprised to find that he's passed away! How tragic! His books are wonderful for children of all ages! Well, I just don't know if I want to enter this contest this year, seeing how I have less than 2 months to actually write a book now, plus I have lots of homework to keep me busy. I'll work on it over the summer or something...
h) Anyway, I gotta go now, and try to see if I don't get any more frustrated like I've been lately. And seriously, I'm trying not to suddenly execute some angry outbursts. *sigh* I'm just F****ing frustrated right now. S***, and some people these days are such @$$h****!!! Makes me so mad... Inconsiderate people is one of my main pet peeves...
Sorry, for my weird rambles today. I've been busy and really frustrated... So I'll comment and read all of your amusing blogs later... *hugs* Right now, I'm gonna go and take a nice hot bath to calm me down...
