Rambles, ponderings, rants, and nonsense...

Things I've finished/done today so far:
a) Bought my English book (and I'm glad it's a used book, because new books are terribly expensive!), because I have an assignment due Friday
b) Replying to all of my emails, because I haven't done so!
c) Mailed some paperwork to all the scholarships
d) Finished lunch (and I'm thinking about getting myself ice-cream later!)
e) Saw all of my friends I've made last semester and met new ones!! (Tis so awesome!)
f) Went to bio, chem, and English today and I finished all of my classes at 11am!! (Yeah, I know it's a pain in the butt to have early morning classes, but I just like to get them out of the way and save the rest of the day to myself!)
Things I need to get done today:
a) Read my psych book (I was supposed to do that yesterday, but I didn't...)
b) Fill out my financial aid aps and stuff (I hate paperwork!)
c) Do chem homework (Ah, I have to wake up early tomorrow for the recitation. *sigh*)
d) Read for bio and take notes... (Well, just re-read, but take lots of thorough notes!)
e) Print out notes for bio and chem
f) Print out the syllabus for chem
g) Start reading for English (The professor seems really nice and kinda weird though...)
Anyway, going to the parking lot to my car was a bit kinda sickening today. I saw a pair of really flatten wings on Yoakum Blvd., and it's a good thing that I hadn't eaten anything yet...
And I was thinking to myself... Either a) there was a speedy drunk driver who ran over that poor bird, or b) the bird was probably too slow to fly... The latter hypothesis frequently happens, but it could be possible. But gosh, I'm pretty sure it's a bird, because there were feathers, and it sorta looked a lot like a pigeon... And so, I'm pretty sure that that bird got run over by a driver... Otherwise, hopefully, no one would be that cruel to harm something that harmless... *shudder*
On a brighter note, this Thursday is Chinese New Year and this is the year of the monkey!! So happy Chinese New Year to everyone!!
